VIBRATION ANALYSIS

With our VIBRATION ANALYSIS Service we can inspect a machine without disassembling it and without having to STOP PRODUCTION, it is also possible to create Measurement Routes according to the client’s  requirements.

The vibration analysis for predictive maintenance allows us to identify various failures, and electrical problems; among them are:

• Bearings and gear problems

ONLINE TESTS

Throughout specialized tools we provide our customers with a broad vision of the integrity of their motor or generator. This translates into remote monitoring from the MCC (Motor Control Center) through which information about the state of your machine is obtained without the need to disassemble or stop the production process.

HI-POT INSULATION TEST

This type of HI-POT test allows us to detect if the leakage current, which circulates through the motor, is within the parameters required by international standards. Also, the entire insulation system is examined simultaneously.

THERMOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS

In MOAISA we use thermographic analysis, a method of inspecting electrical and mechanical equipment by obtaining temperature distribution images in them. By observing the thermal behavior of the components, defects can be detected and their importance assessed.
